one - while walking, met one of my new neighbors and discussed the neighborhood. nice guy, has an adorable dog.

two - started a random conversation with the security guard who works at the steel mill by my house.

three - talked to the piercing lady that lives in the building near emily's. so i knew who she was, but i'd never actually spoken to her before and i only slightly recognized her from the tattoo shop i got mine done at, so i'm counting it.

1/6/2011...so i've been completely off on this, but i have been keeping up with it. since i cannot truly document it, i'm not counting this one as fully completed in the end...but i've been doing alright, it's a start!

week 1 - walking all over Salem for the Apple Butter Festival
week 2 - two long walks (2.4 miles and 3.2 miles)
week 3 - three long walks (two 2.4 miles and one 3.2 miles)
week 4 - one 2.4 mile walk
week 5 - one 1.6 mile walk
week 6 - one 1.6 mile walk
week 7 - skipped, sick
week 8 - one 1.6 mile walk

NOTE 1/5/2010 - due to winter weather, walking at least 1 1/2 hours (9000 steps) on WiiFit a week

1/202010 - have been doing at least 9000 steps at least 3 time a week on the WiiFi

1/6/2011 - i've fallen off on this and am going to modify the goal...as of now, it is going to be take as many walks as i can, as often as possible.

10/6/2009 started working on this, yay! long walk on Saturday at the apple butter festival, did a 20 minutes pilates workout yesterday. hopefully either tonight or tomorrow, some more! goal right now is to work out at least 3 days a week, and up it as i get more in shape

10/17/2009 Did two nice long walks this week (2.4 miles and 3.2 miles). Will continue working on this!

11/9/2009 keeping up on walks, did one today with a little bit of wii fit.

11/30/2009 - working on this - sick for better part of week 7 did 1.6 mile walk last week.

1/5/2010 - been working out at least once a week. Got WiiFit Plus for Christmas, been doing this at least 4-5 times a week
